One night £35.00 per person bookable at short notice only.
Two nights or more Double Occupation: £32 per person per night.
Weekly: £30 per person per night (ie total £210.00 per person week).
Single Occupation: £35 per night.
- Reductions on longer stays and loyalty booking.
- Confirmation of booking being one night paid in full.
- Weekend bookings: minimum booking of two nights payable in full at the time of booking.

- Weekly bookings start on a Friday.
- Robin and Swallows Nest are available from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
- Short breaks (3 nights minimum) are available from October through to April and are bookable up to a month ahead.
- May to September are bookable one week ahead.

Self Catering Booking Terms
- A deposit of £50.00 is confirmation of booking, the balance being due four weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
- Holidays booked four weeks or less before the commencement of the holiday are payable in full.
